Sammamish Valley Grange - Working to build family and community

Welcome to the Lecturer's Page !

Welcome to the Lecturer's page. This is my second term as Lecturer of Sammamish Valley Grange. I am working on some great programs. Be sure to check out our 2004 meeting schedule and join us for an open meeting, if you are not a member. If you are, please come see us again! I am thoroughly enjoying meeting our members. Grange folk are such wonderful people to meet. When you meet a Granger, you've met a friend!

GRANGE HALL IMPROVEMENT CONTEST

Each Grange Hall is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their buildings. To encourage this, there is an improvement contest. Improvements must have taken place within the past year. Each Grange may enter a Notebook with their Grange name on the front to the State Grange headquarters. Please have them postmarked by March 30th, and good luck!

MEETING PROGRAMS

I would love some input from our members in regards to what it is they would like to see done for the Lecturer's future programs. E-mail me your ideas. Some speakers I have had in the past include: Senator Finkbeiner, a representative from a local DAR chapter, the Delta Society, and Life Center Northwest (program on organ donations). We have done skits, played games, performed on musical instruments, and read educational, inspirational, and fun information/poems etc. If you would like to BE one of my programs, let's talk. If you have ideas but do not want to participate, let me know what your ideas are.
