Junior Grange Level        

At the Junior Grange level, the children hold their own offices, and run their own meetings under the leadership of adults. They learn to interact, be independent, and depend upon each other in positive ways. They are eligible to participate in the contests conducted by the Grange, attend summer camp, and participate in arts and crafts and go on outings.

 

The age range for the Juniors are from 5 years of age up to 14 years of age. Children from 14 to 16 can stay active in the Junior Grange for the sake of the younger ones, but become Subordinate Grange members at 14. They can also become Counselors at Junior Camp.

 

Sammamish Valley Grange Juniors attend camp in August at Camp Cornet Bay on Whidbey Island. They have a great weekend, and on Thursday night, they put on a performance on parents' night. It is always a pleasure to be there!

 

Parents are also welcome to join the Subordinate Level of the Grange and your children from birth on up are always welcome at the meetings.
